Johnny Dawes

Johnny Dawes, one of the leading rock climbers of his generation - he may say he was 'the best' - gives some background to his recently self-published autobiography 'Full of Myself'. In Wales he wrote his name into the climbing history books with first ascents of The Indian Face (E9) on Clogwyn Du'r Arddu, The Quarryman (E7) in Dinorwig Slate Quarry and Hardback Thesaurus (E7) ground-up at Gogarth.
