4MK's Perko spoke to Sergeant Nigel Dalton about new laws to curb alcohol-fueled violence

From last weekend, most licensed venues couldn't serve alcohol after 2am while those in Safe Night precincts stopped serving customers at 3am. 4MK's Perko spoke to police Sergeant Nigel Dalton about how the first weekend under the new laws and Nigel reported that generally, there were no major issues, despite a busy weekend with the Mackay Cup at Ooralea Racetrack, Mackay Cutters rugby league and other events.
