Are your kids getting hooked on screen time? According to research by OFCOM, children now spend more time online than they do watching television. Youngsters aged between 5 and 15 now spend around 15 hours online each week, and 3 & 4 year olds spending around 8 hours a week online! Do we need to step in and take action - before they're all couch potatoes!?! Stephen talks to commentators and mums Heidi McAlpin and Tina Calder.
