Japan earthquake sparks fresh worries about tsunami risk

A magnitude 6.9 earthquake off the coast of Japan prompted tsunami warnings on Monday. The shaking wasn't strong enough to generate the same kind of devastation as a quake and tsunami in the same area in 2011.
