How would you feel about toll roads in Northern Ireland? The Nolan Show can revel that the Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard says tolls are something that he would consider. Toll roads are common in many major European countries and the Republic of Ireland has 11 toll roads which generate a substantial cash flow. That has helped pay for the cost of building the motorway network and to pay for its upgrade and maintenance. So it is something that we should be considering?
