A new tourist attraction is being considered for Belfast. It will tell the story of the city - including the Troubles. The proposed venture, called the 'The Belfast Story' - is being considered by Belfast City Council, and could cost up to £100m. But do we need it? And would it be a Troubles museum by the back door?
