Minister @paulgivan hits out at BBC SPOTY NI athletes snub #BBCNolan

Carl Frampton came out fighting yesterday after being snubbed on this year's Sports Personality of the Year shortlist. He told this programme he felt the decision to leave him out was "anti-boxing" and "anti-Northern Irish". It caused a political storm with First Minister Arlene Foster telling the Assembly it was "absolutely scandalous".
