With extreme cold hitting, Fort St. John Salvation Army expanding shelter hours

Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold warning for Fort St. John, with temperatures of -30 C and wind chill of -41. Sheldon Feener of the Salvation Army says with weather that can literally kill, it's important to make sure everyone has a place to go.
