What do I mean by lifestyle changes? Well basically I am speaking of exercise, stretches, cardio and strength bearing. Yeah I hear the groaning! But the facts are proper exercises designed to strengthen the back do indeed prevent and cure back pain. Most people are sedentary and a sedentary lifestyle is creating all kind of problems. Obesity is rampant despite all the government efforts to stop and or slow it down. Other chronic illnesses are also on the rise, heart disease, asthma, diabetes and the list goes on.

Then what happens is the weekend comes along you decide to get off the couch and do some yard work and surprise - surprise the next day you wake up with an aching back.
All this can be prevented with being more active. Simple things like walking, yoga, stretching, swimming and my personal favorite Chi gong will go a long way to preventing back problems by strengthen your core.
