Scotland's top judges have ruled against victim's families seeking to bring legal action against driver Harry Clarke. He blacked out behind the wheel, leading to the deaths of 6 people in 2014. Heart's Rebecca Williams followed proceedings at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
