Andrew Hillan, 48, says he doesn't remember a 48 hour window of his life following an accident at sea back in 1989.
He's been getting help for combat stress and says the day he caught hypothermia on the HMS Shetland might help his recovery.
He wants anyone who might have helped him to get in touch with Northsound.
