Four new homeless facilities announced for Salt Lake City

After years of discussion, Salt Lake City leaders announced where they will build four new resource centers for the city's homeless population. City officials feel they'll be a big improvement over the shelter currently helping the homeless in downtown. But, some business owners and homeowners are very upset after being denied a chance to weigh in on where they would be built.
