Widow of former Rep. Bill Orton explains why she supports Bears Ears designation

Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz says the Obama Administration has "gone dark" in discussions over a possible new national monument in San Juan County. The widow of former Rep. Bill Orton says her husband lost his seat after President Clinton named the controversial Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, but she still supports a proposed Bears Ears National Monument.
