The day after Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee finished runner-up in the BBC's Sports Personality Of The Year awards, Tim caught up with chair of the Triathlon Industry Association, Mel Berry, and her colleague Gary Roethenbaugh, to find out why its 75 key stakeholder are so optimistic about its future.
