A Leicester MP wants authorities to stop 'passing the buck' when it comes to giving support to victims of bullying.
Keith Vaz has been speaking in Westminster after the death of 15 year old Brandon Rayat, who took his own life in August, after being attacked physically and on social media.
The Education Minister, Caroline Dinenage, also told the debate bullying in schools can't be dismissed as part of growing up.
