Utah moving forward with idea of an Inland Port

Out in the Great Salt Lake, no massive ships are approaching the docks. That's a sight not likely to ever be seen, but imagination and economic competitiveness is leading some state leaders to look into the viability of an "inland port" - which would allow many processes of a regular port to be taken care at a remote site.
