Connecticut's aging workforce is a growing concern, particularly in the insurance industry. According to one executive, 25 percent of the industry is within 5 to 10 years of retirement. State Sen. Kevin Kelly, R-Stratford, convened a forum on the subject, recently at the State Capitol. He discussed the issue on Front & Center with host Dan Lovallo.
