Japanese Ambassador End of Year messages focus on hope for South Sudan

Japan’s top diplomat in South Sudan, Ambassador Kiya Masahiko, has also focused his new year’s messages on hope, after the July incident in Juba ignited violence and dragged the country into the political, security, humanitarian, and economic difficulties.

In his message, Ambassador Kiya Masahiko, expressed hope that the Year 2017, will bring the much desired aspirations of the people of South Sudan.
