Flood potential remains, but set to decrease through week

The National Weather Service says northern Utah could still see some flooding from rain falling on top of snow. But cooler weather and a shrinking snowpack at lover elevations will diminish that threat through the week. KSL Newsradio's Marc Giauque has more.
