$5 date assignment draws outrage from Highland High School parent
An assignment in a required class at Highland High School raised one parent's eyebrows, over what she called "misogyny." Girls were instructed to ask a member of the opposite sex on a date and given tips on how to act gathered from boys, and vice-versa. The Utah State Board of Education says the assignment did not meet standards and has been pulled.
