In July of 2016, KQED featured Irene Tu as on of their 20 Women To Watch — a list celebrating “20 local women artists, creatives and makers who are pushing boundaries…” In their interview, Irene said, “I think I am still trying to find my voice in comedy. I think I’m getting closer but I still don’t know exactly what it is yet…”
