Lawmaker will tackle medical marijuana debate with research bill

As legislators fill rooms and offices on Capitol Hill, Monday, one representative says he's ready to tackle the issue of medical marijuana once again. This time, the man says he's going to focus on building the scientific groundwork before trying to legalize a drug.
