George Hamilton @ChiefConPSNI speaks out after gun attack on his officer

The PSNI say they believe "violent dissident republicans" were behind a murder bid on their officers last night. One officer was inches away from death after being shot twice in the arm. He is in a stable condition in hospital. It's a throwback to our troubled past and comes a week after Stormont's collapse.
