January snowpack in Utah exceeds average end-of-season levels

A string of strong January snow storms have stashed a lot of moisture in Utah's mountains. In some basins, the snowpack is so strong, it's greater than typical end-of-season levels. That poses a risk for flooding if the wet pattern continues.
