Wolfspeed Sale Update

During Cree's second quarter fiscal 2017 earnings call on 24 January 2017, CEO Chuck Swoboda commented on the status of Infineon's purchase of the Wolfspeed subsidiary. He said the deal is expected to close during the current fiscal quarter (i.e., Q3).
