Utah House sends message about Bears Ears

The House passed a resolution asking President Trump to rescind President Obama's designation of the Bears Ears National Monument. The resolution has been sent to the Senate. Utah Democrats issued a statement saying if Utah's lawmakers were serious about public land, they could have avoided the resolution.
