PSNI in pavement parking crackdown - they tell @StephenNolan about the plan

The PSNI are going to crackdown on people parking on pavements. They have said that parked cars and vans are forcing pedestrians off the pavement and into danger on busy roads. A joint campaign by the police and charities has been launched to urge drivers to consider the needs of those with disabilities. Stephen spoke to the PSNI's Inspector Rosie Leech and guide dog owner Elaine Orwin.
