Outburst over Bears Ears NM leads to abrupt end of public comment

The Utah Senate's Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment Committee held a hearing Thursday on HCR 11. The resolution calls on President Trump to rescind Bears Ears National Monument in San Juan County. Monument supporters packed the hearing, but were cut short by Sen. Margaret Dayton as a result of an outburst.
