Status of Wolfspeed Acquisition

During a call with the press following Infineon's Q1 FY2017 earnings release, CEO Reinhard Ploss responded to a question about the status of the Wolfspeed acquisition. You'll hear the voice of a translator, as Ploss was presumably answering in German. The rationale for why the deal is "taking a long time" doesn't directly address the concern about foreign ownership of a critical defense technology (GaN), which triggered a review of the acquisition by the Committee for Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS). The CFIUS review has not been completed.
