#NorthYorkshire County Council has been awarded nearly £1 million to help encourage more people to take up cycling. Projects will focus on #Harrogate, #Knaresborough, #Skipton and #Scarborough. Stray FM has been finding out more from County Councillor Don Mackenzie.
