Nottingham Arena's Chief Exec wants the government to stop messing around and ban the resale of concert tickets at inflated prices on secondary websites

Fans got upset last week when they couldn't all get tickets for Ed Sheeran's two gigs in Nottingham, then, minutes later, tickets were re-posted online, on secondary websites, for hundreds of pounds.

Chief Exec Martin Ingham talks to Capital about ticket touts and secondary ticket sale websites.

Bosses at Nottingham Arena say Ed would have easily sold out 20 nights based on demand.

A petition to stop the resale of concert tickets at inflated prices on secondary websites has started online.
