First to our breaking story - Jonathan Bell is this morning is announcing that he is standing in the election. The former DETI minister was suspended from the DUP after he broke ranks to give an astonishing interview over the Cash for Ash scandal. There has been speculation over his political future ever since. Would he walk away from politics or would he stand in the forthcoming election. We can reveal this morning that he is going to stand as an independent unionist. He joined Stephen to tell him why.
