Army spokesperson: Civil-military relations 'crucial'

The Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) say they are doing everything in their capacity to improve the relationship between the Army and the civilians.

Civilian population have accused the Army of attacks, killings and even rape in some areas around the country.

Army acting spokesperson Col. Santo Domic says they are working to improve the relationship between the Army and the civilian population.

In this interview with Sebit William, Col Domic described the relationship as very crucial.
