Health Minister Michelle O'Neill published her plan to reduce waiting lists yesterday. The Sinn Fein leader said she needs £31million in the short-term to start treating patients, some waiting more than a year. She said she's confident the money will be agreed by a new Executive after the elections. But the BBC's Health Correspondent Marie Louise Connelly put it to Michelle O'Neill that her announcement yesterday is a fantasy budget.
