Dugway Proving Ground official accused of stealing sniper rifle scopes

A federal grand jury has indicted Dugway Proving Ground Logistics Readiness Center supply and logistics director Phillip Tomac on a charge of theft of government property. Tomac has been removed of his post. The case deals with "military grade optics," which include scopes for rifles.
