Snoopers to catch dog poopers - local council considering CCTV to catch dog poo offenders

The Mid and East Antrim council - could be about to take part in some sleuthing. The council are considering a crackdown on dog poo offenders, through the use of CCTV cameras! The Larne Times has reported that due to complaints in the Carnlough and Cranny Falls area many locals want something done to tackle the DOG DIRT! What do you reckon?
