Inside Lacrosse's Zach Babo discusses Harlem Lacrosse’s mission, model and growth with Chief Advancement Officer Joel Censer as the program has grown from New York City to Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore and most recently added a new chapter in Los Angeles.
