In the middle of a three-game home stand, Coach Fred Batchelor and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Women’s Basketball team secured a 73-51 homecoming victory over the North Carolina Central (NCCU) Eagles in front of 2,458 screaming fans.
With the win, Eastern Shore (10-13, 4-8 MEAC) snapped its three-game skid while stopping the Eagles (6-18, 5-7 MEAC) three-game winning streak in the process.
