A reporter who took Sir Richard Branson to the Grayrigg crash site recalls he was 'absolutely distraught'.

The Virgin boss arrived in the area the morning after the derailment with a colleague.

Former journalist Emma Gunby found herself taking him and a colleague down to the wreckage.

The 39 year-old, from Merseyside, was one of the first reporters on the scene.
