Fourth person dies from Valentine's Day crash on U.S. 40 in Heber City

The Utah Highway Patrol says a fourth person involved in a crash on U.S. Highway 40 in Heber City on Feb. 14 has died. Meantime, the mother of one of the victims shares her outrage over hearing impairment might have been the cause.
