Danbury Mayor Mark Boughton is prepared to challenge Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's advisory on immigration. The governor issued an advisory suggesting local law enforcement not cooperate with Immigration and Custom Enforcement officials in many immigration cases, but the mayor does not subscribe to that approach.
