'It's very stressful' - pensioner hits put at housing association over parking of mobility scooter

Are mobility scooters no longer welcome inside Helm Housing properties? Pensioner, Joe Hagen contacted us after his own scooter was slapped with a 'move it our lose it' notice at his Helm Housing flat in Groomsport. He, his wife and other residents normally park their scooters and wheelchairs underneath the stairwell - but it seems they've fallen foul of health and safety. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to speak to Joe about why he's being asked to park his wheels - elsewhere.
