Capital's been told social media is making it harder for anti-bullying workers to tackle negative attitudes towards gay people in schools

As figures show hate crimes have gone up by a quarter in the last two years in the East Midlands - campaigners are worried Brexit could lead to more homophobic attacks.

Leicestershire County Council's Anti-bullying Caroline Harbison and Darren Goddard, Leicestershire Police's Hate Crime Manager have been telling Capital about the work they're doing.
