UDOT chief talks rural roads, connected highways in Washington, D.C.

Utah Department of Transportation Executive Director Carlos Braceras addressed the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday. He described Utah's investment in fiber optics to connect roads and rural communities. He also urged lawmakers to streamline regulations and funding for road building.
