Heart's Alex Hulse has been investigating a rise in homophobic hate crime, after LGBT support groups in the West Midlands say they're concerned Brexit will mean attacks will continue to rise.

Figures from West Midlands, West Mercia and Warwickshire Police have found a 5% rise hate crime reports in the last two years, with more than 1,200 reported in 2015 and 2016.
