Armed citizen helps with arrest of a car burglar

33-year old Gary Allred is behind bars and another man is on the run after a Cottonwood Heights home owner held them at gun-point after catching them breaking into his car. Lt. Dan Bartlett says the 2-men are behind a string of burglaries.
