Exclusive: Chairperson of South Sudan's National Constitution Amendments committee

The National Constitution ammendments committee has been described as a very critical mechanism in the implementation of the peace agreement.

Just last week the chairperson of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation commission – Festus Mogae said the successful execution of the committee mandate will be a cornerstone for the implementation of the Agreement.
