Nearly two weeks down. With only one week to go in the crucial talks at Stormont. Will they get the institutions up an running again? A major sticking point could be what information about the Troubles the British government is willing to reveal. Yesterday the Secretary of State told the Commons that some information from the Troubles can never enter the public domain because it would put lives at risk.
