The chairperson of the UN human rights commission for South Sudan, Yasmina Sooka, says the proposed National Dialogue must be led by a “Neutral body” as a key step to building trust. This call is made as the commission released its report expressing growing concern about a break down in the IGAD mediated peace process, that has resulted into gross Human Right violations. Yasmina Sooka, spoke with Nelson Lwak emphasizing that the National Dialogue called for by President Salva Kiir will need a neutral leader to achieve its objectives of restoring peace and stability.
