Earthlife Africa wins a historic battle against the government

On the 8th of March 2017, the North Gauteng High Court ruled in favour of Earthlife Africa on the basis that the proposed Thabametsi coal-fired power station in Limpopo had been approved by the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) without authentic public participation or an accurate climate change impact assessment.
